I am a certified life and career coach with a Diploma in Transformative Coaching from the Animas Centre for Coaching, accredited by the ICF (International Coaching Federation), AC (Association for Coaching), and EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council). I also hold the ACC (Associate Certified Coach) credential with the ICF, a mark of excellence that reflects my commitment to the highest professional standards.

Before coaching, I spent over a decade in leadership roles in film production, working on Oscar-winning blockbusters like Tenet, Jungle Book, and Bohemian Rhapsody among many others. I know firsthand what it’s like to navigate high-pressure environments, chase ambitious goals, and still feel like something is missing.

I specialise in using neuroscience-based techniques to help professionals overcome self-doubt, rewire limiting beliefs, and take clear, confident steps toward their goals—whether in their careers or personal lives.

Academic Background

My coaching is built on a strong academic foundation, including Two Master’s degrees in Law and International Relations, along with over 10 years of exploring neuroscience to better understand how people think, grow, and create lasting change.
